How long does shipping take?
Orders arrive in approximately 5–11 days with standard shipping, to Canada and the US. We don't offer express shipping at the moment, and we can't promise a specific delivery date.
Why do some products only ship standard?
The hand warmer, heated scarf and heated insoles contain lithium batteries, so they ship with standard shipping only. Please plan around the 5–11 day window, especially for gifts.
Does the heated scarf come with a power bank?
No. The scarf runs on USB power and needs a USB power bank, which is not included. If you already carry one for your phone, check that its port fits the scarf's cable.
What's in the Full Body Warmth Bundle?
One Rechargeable Hand Warmer and one pair of Heated Insoles with Remote. It's $89.95 CAD for both, $9.95 less than buying them separately ($99.90).
Is the EMS foot mat a medical device?
No. It's a comfort product for relaxing your feet at the end of the day. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, check with a professional before use.
