How are the slippers powered?
By USB. Connect the cable to a USB wall adapter, a computer or a power bank, and wear them as normal slippers while you're near your power source.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. Orders typically arrive within 5–11 days, with tracking provided. We can't promise a specific delivery date.
What is shipping protection?
A $4.99 add-on that comes pre-selected in your cart. You can untick it at any time before checkout. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund.
